Dublin Rollarena 1974: Fond Childhood Memories

Businesses come and go, but fond childhood memories remain.  The loud music, strobing lights and the occasional bumps and bruises became the stuff of many kid’s stories.

The Rollarena took over the former Safeway store at the San Ramon Village shopping center.  It was the first local shopping center and was built in the early 1960s.  It was soon followed by other businesses taking advantage of the rapidly expanding community.
